朝ズバそんな視聴率よくないんだね　９６発目

「総合的な学習の時間」を導入した新学習指導要領の定着度をみる学力テストの結果が公表された。ゆとり教育路線の総仕上げとして０２年４月から導入された新指導要領は、学力低下を招いたと批判を浴び、文部科学省は昨年末、見直しに向け舵（かじ）を切った。しかし、初の検証材料となる今回の結果は、ゆとり教育の狙いの正しさを証明したようにも見える。なぜ、学力は上向いたのか。この結果が突き付けるものは何なのか。

たまたまバカの調子が良かっただけでは？

こういう風にたまにとんでもない実力を見せることを「火事場のバカ力」といいます。
