日立製作所は１５日、機敏に動き、離れた場所でも人と対話できるロボット「ＥＭＩＥＷ（エミュー）」を開発したと発表した。愛知万博（愛・地球博）の日立グループ館で夏休み期間中に展示する。 エミューは身長１３０センチ、重さ約７０キロ。上半身は人型で足の部分は車輪。早歩きほどの最大時速６キロで移動でき、障害物をよけながら進む機能もある。センサーで人の顔や声を検知し、１メートルほど離れた場所でも対話できる。両腕も人そっくりに動き、物をつかむ。 商品化は未定。日立は、受け付けでお客を案内したり、資材を運んだりするなど企業での活用を期待している。今後、機能をさらに高めるという。 （共同通信）
また私の自論になるんですが、機械に感情を持たせようとするでない。
機械が感情を持ってる世界を想像してごらんなさいよ。もしパソコンとかと喧嘩したりしたら、勝手にアダルトサイトいってフリーズしっぱなしの嫌がらせをされたり、ＡＴＭがお母さんみたいな人工知能だったりしたら、お金を引き出すと「あんた、今月使いすぎちゃうの。老後の為にも、蓄えとかなあかんで」とか説教が始まる可能性がありますのよ。
かと言って、こっちが電源とか引き抜いたりして応戦しようとしても、機械のない生活なんて人間がもう出来るはずもなく…
頼むから一方的に会話ができるぐらいで、機械の人間化の発展はやめて欲しい。アイロボットでも証明済みでしょうが。
